We must be willing to reach out for help when we need it, to lean on others for strength and reassurance.- Developing resilience is about building a solid foundation of inner strength, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence. It is about cultivating a mindset of perseverance, optimism, and resilience in the face of life's challenges. By developing resilience, we can navigate life's hardships with grace, courage, and resilience.
