When I started my foundation, I didn't fully understand what it would mean to give back. I had always been focused on my own success, my own journey. But as I got older, as I looked back on my life, I realized that I had been given so much. And I had a responsibility to give back, to help those who hadn't been as fortunate as I had been.
At first, I wasn't sure how to go about it. I had always been a tennis player, not a philanthropist. But I dove in, I threw myself into the work.
