Vulnerabilities are exposed in the darkness from "summary" of Never Never by Tarryn Fisher,Colleen Hoover

In the darkness, where shadows lurk and silence reigns, vulnerabilities are brought to light. It is in the absence of light that our weaknesses are illuminated, our insecurities laid bare for all to see. Like secrets whispered in the dead of night, our fears and doubts come to the surface, exposed in all their rawness. When the world is shrouded in darkness, there is nowhere to hide, no mask to conceal our true selves. We are stripped down to our most vulnerable state, our defenses crumbling in the face of the unknown. In the darkness, we are forced to confront the parts of ourselves we would rather keep hidden, forced to reckon with the truths we have long denied. It is in these moments of darkness that we are truly tested, our resolve challenged and our character revealed. We are pushed to our limits, forced to confront our deepest fears and insecurities head-on. And it is in this crucible of darkness that we find our strength, our resilience shining through the shadows like a beacon of light. But it is not just our vulnerabilities that are exposed in the darkness – it is also our humanity. In the absence of light, we are reminded of our shared struggles and common frailties. We are brought together by our mutual vulnerability, united in our quest for truth and understanding. So let us not fear the darkness, but embrace it for what it is – a mirror that reflects our true selves back to us, flaws and all. For it is in the darkness that we find the light that guides us through the trials and tribulations of life, illuminating our path with the wisdom that can only come from facing our vulnerabilities head-on.
