Diminishers inadvertently cultivate dependency and reliance within their teams. This happens because Diminishers tend to take over, leaving their team members to sit back and watch rather than actively engage. As a result, team members become accustomed to relying on the Diminisher to have all the answers and make all the decisions. Over time, this creates a cycle where team members become increasingly dependent on the Diminisher's expertise and guidance.
