Employees who practice mindfulness experience less stress from "summary" of Mindful Work by David Gelles

In today's fast-paced work environment, stress is a common experience for many employees. The constant pressure to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and navigate interpersonal relationships can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burnout.
