To remember the four types of metabolic pathways, use the mnemonic "CATC": Catabolism, Anabolism, Transport, and Conversion. 5. Remember the mnemonic "ARMS" when learning about hormones: Adrenaline, Retinol, Melatonin, and Steroid. 6. To remember the four types of macromolecules, use the mnemonic "CARB": Carbohydrates, Amino Acids, RNA, and Lipids. 7. When learning about amino acid synthesis, think of the mnemonic "GATP": Glutamate, Alanine, Threonine, and Proline. 8.
