Draupadi, the wife of the Pandavas, faced a grave humiliation in the royal court of Hastinapur. The Kauravas, led by Duryodhana, plotted to embarrass and degrade her in front of all the courtiers. Duryodhana commanded his brother Dushasana to disrobe Draupadi in public, a heinous act that shook the moral fabric of the society.
