She faces fears from "summary" of Junie B. Jones Complete First Grade Collection by Barbara Park

In first grade, Junie B. Jones encountered many things that scared her. She was afraid of riding the school bus, nervous about losing her first tooth, and anxious about the upcoming field trip to a farm. Despite her fears, Junie B. always found a way to face them head-on. She may have been scared, but she never let that stop her from trying new things. When the class visited the farm, Junie B. was terrified of the animals. She was especially afraid of the geese, who she thought were going to attack her. But instead of running away, Junie B. took a deep breath and faced her fear. She even petted a goat, which was a huge accomplishment for her. Another time, Junie B. lost her first tooth and was scared about what would happen next. She worried that the Tooth Fairy wouldn't come or that she would get in trouble for losing her tooth. But instead of hiding her fear, Junie B. told her friends and family how she felt. By being honest about her emotions, Junie B. was able to overcome her fear and enjoy the experience. Even though Junie B. was often scared, she never let her fears hold her back. She faced each one with courage and determination. By confronting her fears, Junie B. was able to grow and learn new things. And in the end, she realized that facing her fears made her stronger and more confident. Junie B. Jones may have been a little girl in first grade, but she was also a brave and resilient character who inspired others to do the same.
