It can also strike down executive actions that violate the Constitution. The Supreme Court has the power of judicial review. It can review laws and executive actions to ensure they are in line with the Constitution. The Supreme Court's decisions are binding on all courts in India. It is the guardian of the Constitution and the protector of fundamental rights. The Supreme Court hears cases of national importance. It deals with issues that impact the rights and liberties of citizens. The Supreme Court plays a crucial role in upholding the rule of law in the country. It ensures that justice is administered fairly and impartially. The Supreme Court's decisions set legal precedents that guide lower courts in their rulings.
