Judgment can be a heavy burden we carry around with us, weighing us down and clouding our view of the world. When we pass judgment on others, we are essentially saying that we know better, that our way of thinking or being is superior. But this only serves to create barriers between ourselves and those around us. It prevents us from truly connecting with others on a deeper level. By letting go of judgment, we free ourselves from the constraints of our own narrow-mindedness.
