This means going beyond mere words or empty gestures, and taking concrete actions to uplift those who have historically been oppressed and marginalized in our society. It means recognizing the systemic barriers that exist for these communities, and working to dismantle them in whatever way we can. One way to support marginalized communities is to listen to their voices and stories.
