Let go of scarcity mentality from "summary" of Ho'oponopono da Riqueza by Marcia Luz
Scarcity mentality is a mindset that often leads us to believe that there is not enough to go around. It is a belief that resources are limited, opportunities are scarce, and success is reserved for a select few. This mentality can manifest in various ways, such as fear of not having enough, jealousy of others' success, and a constant feeling of lack. When we hold on to scarcity mentality, we are essentially blocking the flow of abundance into our lives. By focusing on what we lack, we are sending out signals to the universe that we are not ready to receive more. We are creating a self-fulfilling prophecy where scarcity becomes our reality. To break free from scarcity mentality, we must first acknowledge its presence in our lives. We must recognize when we are operating from a place of lack and scarcity, and make a conscious effort to shift our mindset. This may involve practicing gratitude for what we do have, reframing negative thoughts into positive ones, and letting go of the need to compete with others. By releasing our attachment to scarcity mentality, we open ourselves up to the abundance that is already available to us. We begin to see opportunities where we once saw obstacles, and we attract more of what we desire into our lives. It is a process of surrendering control and trusting that the universe will provide for us in ways we may not have imagined. When we let go of scarcity mentality, we create space for abundance to flow effortlessly into our lives. We shift from a mindset of lack to a mindset of abundance, and we start to see the world through a different lens. We realize that there is more than enough to go around, and that success is not limited to a select few. We embrace the belief that we are worthy of all the good things that life has to offer, and we open ourselves up to receiving them with open arms.
