It's much better to take proactive steps to prevent these issues than to try to fix them once they have already arisen. In order to prioritize your health and wellbeing, you must be willing to make it a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. This means saying no to things that don't serve your health, setting boundaries with others, and making time for self-care even when it feels like there are a million other things vying for your attention. By making your health a priority, you are investing in yourself and ensuring that you have the energy, vitality, and resilience to live a high-performance life.
