In this fast-paced world where everything seems to be constantly moving, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and suffocated in a relationship. Spending too much time together can sometimes lead to a sense of complacency and taking each other for granted. However, taking a step back and allowing for some time apart can actually be beneficial for a relationship. When we are constantly in each other's presence, we may start to lose sight of our individual identities. We may forget what it means to be alone and independent, as we become too reliant on our partner for companionship and validation.
