My body is a temple. At least, that's what people say. It's supposed to be a sacred place, a sanctuary for health and well-being. A place to be respected, honored, and taken care of. But let's be honest, my body is more like a rundown roadside carnival than a pristine temple. It's a mishmash of questionable choices, random acts of indulgence, and a general lack of maintenance.
I mean, sure, I try to eat well. I really do. I know all about the food pyramid, the importance of fruits and vegetables, the dangers of processed foods. But when it comes down to it, there's nothing I love more than a greasy, cheesy, delicious slice of pizza. It's like a warm hug from the inside out. And who doesn't love hugs?
