I have a bottomless pit for a stomach from "summary" of Food: A Love Story by Jim Gaffigan

In my never-ending quest for food, I often find myself faced with the harsh reality that my stomach seems to have no limits. It's like a black hole, constantly demanding to be filled with the never-ending stream of delicious treats that I encounter on a daily basis. No matter how much I eat, it always seems like there's room for just a little bit more. Whether it's a slice of pizza, a handful of chips, or a decadent dessert, my stomach never fails to disappoint in its insatiable hunger. Sometimes I wonder if there's something wrong with me, if I'm some kind of food-consuming machine designed to devour anything and everything in my path. But then I remember that I'm just a regular guy with an extraordinary love for all things edible. It's a blessing and a curse, this bottomless pit that resides within me. On one hand, I get to experience the joy of indulging in all my favorite foods without ever feeling truly full. On the other hand, I have to constantly battle the urge to keep eating long past the point of reason. But despite the challenges that come with having a stomach that never seems to be satisfied, I wouldn't have it any other way. Food is my love language, my one true passion in life. And as long as there are meals to be eaten and snacks to be savored, I'll continue to embrace my bottomless pit with open arms.
