Sharing my journey with others helped me find solace from "summary" of Finding God in the Waves by Mike McHargue

When I was at my lowest point, feeling lost and adrift in a sea of doubt and fear, I found solace in the most unexpected of places. It wasn't in a church or in the pages of a sacred text, but rather in the simple act of sharing my journey with others. Opening up about my struggles, my doubts, and my questions allowed me to connect with people who had been through similar experiences. It was through these conversations that I realized I was not alone in my journey, that there were others out there who understood what I was going through. As I shared my story with others, I found that my burden became lighter, my fears less overwhelming. The act of expressing my thoughts and feelings out loud, of putting words to my inner turmoil, helped me make sense of it all.
