In the heart of the wood, Mr Fox lived with Mrs Fox and their four small foxes, all snug and warm in their underground home. But above ground, three mean and greedy farmers called Boggis, Bunce, and Bean were determined to put an end to Mr Fox's thieving ways once and for all. Every night, Mr Fox would sneak into the farmers' land and steal food for his family, much to the farmers' frustration.
