This relentless focus on work can take a toll on our mental health, leading to burnout, anxiety, and depression. It is essential that we learn to prioritize our mental health over work demands. Taking care of ourselves should be our top priority, as without good mental health, we cannot perform at our best in any aspect of our lives. By recognizing the importance of mental health and making it a priority, we can create a healthier work-life balance. It also means learning to say no to unreasonable work demands and focusing on self-care practices that nourish our minds and bodies.- We are better equipped to handle the challenges that come our way.
