When you offer solutions too early, you risk imposing your own biases and assumptions onto the situation. This can prevent the individual from fully examining their own beliefs, values, and perspectives. It is important to remember that the person you are coaching is the expert on their own life, and they are capable of generating their own solutions with the right support and guidance.
