Embracing mindfulness cultivates awareness by allowing us to stay present in the moment. Mindfulness also helps us become more attuned to our surroundings, enabling us to appreciate the beauty of the present moment. This practice of being present can lead to greater gratitude and contentment in our daily experiences. In addition, mindfulness cultivates awareness of our emotions and physical sensations.
