Fear is a construct of the mind, not reality from "summary" of Atmamun by Kapil Gupta, M.d.

Fear is an illusion that we have created in our minds. It is not based on any concrete reality but rather on our thoughts and beliefs. We have been conditioned to believe that fear is a natural response to certain situations, but in reality, it is simply a creation of the mind. In his book 'Atmamun', Kapil Gupta, M. d. challenges us to question the validity of our fears. He invites us to dig deep within ourselves and examine the root cause of our fears. By doing so, we can begin to see that fear is nothing more than a construct that we have built up over time. Gupta emphasizes that fear is not something that exists outside of ourselves, but rather something that we have allowed to take root in our minds.
