The idea that animal suffering is a moral issue is one that demands our attention. When we consider the pain and suffering experienced by animals in various industries such as factory farming, animal testing, and entertainment, it becomes clear that their welfare is a matter of ethical concern. These animals are capable of feeling pain and pleasure, just like us, and therefore their suffering should be taken seriously.
