We are spiritual beings having a human experience from "summary" of A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson

Our real essence is pure love, and this love is what connects us to the divine source of all creation. We are spiritual beings, part of a vast universal consciousness that is infinitely loving and powerful. This spiritual essence is our true nature, our core essence that is eternal and unchanging. As spiritual beings, we have chosen to incarnate into physical bodies in order to have a human experience. This human experience is a journey of learning and growth, a way for us to remember and reconnect with our spiritual essence. Our physical bodies are just temporary vessels for our souls, vehicles through which we can navigate this physical world. In this human experience, we encounter challenges, obstacles, and pain that can often disconnect us from our spiritual nature. It is easy to get caught up in the illusions of fear, separation, and ego that are prevalent in this physical world. However, it is through these challenges that we have the opportunity to remember who we truly are and return to love. When we remember our spiritual essence and reconnect with the divine source of all creation, we are able to navigate this human experience with more grace, peace, and love. We are able to see beyond the illusions of fear and separation and remember that we are all interconnected, all part of the same divine essence. This awareness allows us to approach life with a sense of purpose, meaning, and joy.
  1. We can approach life with a deeper sense of gratitude, compassion, and understanding. We can embrace the challenges and joys of this human experience with an open heart and a willingness to learn and grow. Ultimately, we can live our lives in alignment with our true essence of love and create a more peaceful and loving world for ourselves and others.
