The decision to travel to Somalia was not one that had been carefully planned or calculated. It was not a destination that was on my radar or even within the realm of possibility. Yet, there I was, finding myself on a journey to a country that was known for its danger and instability. The idea of going to Somalia had never crossed my mind until it was suggested by a fellow traveler. At first, I dismissed it as a reckless and foolish idea. But as I thought more about it, I couldn't shake the feeling of curiosity and intrigue that began to grow within me.
