Throughout my journey, I have witnessed the atrocities that can befall a child when the system fails to protect them. The neglect, abuse, and suffering that I endured as a young boy should never happen to any child. This realization fueled my determination to stand up and demand change in the child welfare systems that are meant to safeguard the innocent and vulnerable. I have raised my voice to bring attention to the flaws and gaps in the system that allowed me to slip through the cracks and suffer in silence. No child should ever have to endure what I went through, and it is my mission to ensure that the necessary reforms are made to prevent such tragedies from happening again.
