The key is to be consistent and persistent in our practice of affirmations. Just as we wouldn't expect to see results from going to the gym once, we can't expect our minds to change overnight. The more we repeat our affirmations, the stronger they become. Eventually, they become deeply ingrained in our subconscious and start to shape our reality in a more positive way.
