Summary of Hippie

Hippie by Paulo Coelho is a novel set in the late 1960s. It tells the story of Paulo, an eighteen-year-old Brazilian boy who embarks on a journey of self-discovery in search of freedom. He meets a girl named Karla and falls in love, learning about the hippie movement as he travels the world with her.
