Summary of Connect

Connect is a novel written by Julian Gough and is set in a future where an alien race called the Vai have come to earth and imposed a technology called the Link on humans. This technology allows humans to connect to each other's minds at a distance. The main protagonist, a man by the name of Sebastian, must use the Link to save earth from the Vai. He and his friends travel around the world and across the universe in search of a way to stop the Vai once and for all. Along the way, they confront their fears and worries and uncover the hidden agendas of many powerful forces. In the end, the story of Connect is one of hope; while some may not survive the Vai invasion, others will find a way to leverage the Link and ensure the future of the human race.
