Summary of A Court of Thorns and Roses

A Court of Thorns and Roses is a young adult fantasy novel by Sarah J. Maas, the first book in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. The novel follows Feyre, a nineteen-year-old huntress who, after killing a wolf in the woods, is dragged to a magical land of faeries and immortals. There, she is forced to make a bargain with a powerful faerie lord, Tamlin, in order to survive. As Feyre grows closer to Tamlin, she discovers a dark force lurking in the faerie lands, and must decide who she can trust and how far she is willing to go in order to protect her home.
